Chamber the cartridge
Unload your firearm and remove all ammunition from the room. Chamber the DryfireMax laser cartridge. Each trigger press fires a short laser pulse from the barrel.

Point the camera
Print a bullseye, IPSC or dot-drill target from the app on letter paper and aim your phone or webcam at it. QR codes on each sheet let the app calibrate itself and keep tracking the target.

Activate & train
Create your account, enter the serial number from your DryfireMax card, and your lifetime licence is unlocked. Start a drill and watch your hits land in real time.

Which caliber should I buy?
Buy the cartridge that matches the caliber stamped on your barrel, or the gauge on a shotgun. It has to fit the chamber exactly, like a real round. If you shoot two guns in different calibers, you need one cartridge for each.
Can I add cartridges for my other guns?
Yes. Extra cartridges are $60 CAD each. Your app subscription lives on your account, so every cartridge you add works with it. There's nothing more to pay.
Will dry firing damage my firing pin?
No. Each cartridge has a built-in snap cap: a cushioned soft base that takes the firing-pin strike, just like a regular snap cap.
Do I need to rack the slide after every shot?
On most semi-automatic pistols, yes. The trigger resets when you rack. Revolvers and double-action pistols reset on their own.
What do I need to run the app?
A phone or computer with a camera, a web browser, and a printer. Print the targets from the app at 100% scale on 8.5×11 paper. The QR codes on each sheet handle calibration.
How does the lifetime licence work?
Every $150 kit ships with a card printed with a serial number. Create an account, enter the serial, and your subscription is active on that account for life. There are no monthly fees.
How long do the batteries last?
Each trigger press fires only a short pulse, so a set of batteries lasts a long time. Six spares come in the box, and replacements are standard button cells.
Is it safe to use in my firearm?
The cartridge contains no primer or powder and cannot fire a projectile. Follow standard firearm safety every session: unload, check the chamber, and keep live ammunition in another room.
